How to Relax your muscles

Its been a crazy week and a half. I have been so busy with work, physical therapy and getting ready for our trip I have not been blogging like I want too. I'm sorry for that. But I have some great news I signed up to be apart of the Advocare Team. I'm so happy to start my journey to a healthier Life. Thank you again Jenn with Bliss to Bean again for being there for me. It means so much to me. Its been very hard getting my body back to normal its going to take months but I'm happy to say the pain is getting better. It was so nice this week when I went to physical therapy they had a message therapist do a message on me to help me relax my muscles. It was great. After I'm done with physical therapy I'm going to make sure I keep doing exercises to relax my muscles. Here are some tips on how to relax your muscles.

1. Belly breathing  is very important to relax your mind and muscles.

2. Stretching your muscles helps decrease muscle stiffness.

3. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep to help your mental functioning.

4. Get a message they can target area's that you can not get with stretching.

5. Take a bath, go into a sauna or steam room. This helps increase your blood circulation, transporting more oxygen and nutrients to your healing muscles. ( I take a hot bath every night. I sleep so much better.)

6. Drink green Tea. Green tea contains a number of antioxidants that serve to eliminate free radicals that have harmful effects on your body.( I drink green tea all the time it helps me sleep before bed aslo.)

Getting Back Into Shape



Right now I'm in Physical Therapy So I can not workout but I'm determined to stay healthy. Going to keep eating right , having a positive outlook, light walking and I want to try more products from Advocare. But I have to take it day by day. This last two weeks of been hard. I also have to keep doing my exercise's I get from Physical Therapy to get my body back to normal. I also need to stock up on my vitamins. I look forward to working towards being healthy.

WILD WILD WEST




Weekend fun at the wild west Museum... Julian loves old wild west... We saw the old jail it was so cool.
That is what Julian was thinking . lol. Then we took a ride in the Ice Cream truck

HAPPY CAKE

I have made my first cake. Please Don't Judge lol.. I used a box mix and already made frosting.But it turned out great. But I did Add is fresh Strawberries and toasted almonds on top.. Yum
 Every time Julian see's a cake he thinks its his Birthday. So we put a candle on it and sang happy every day Birthday for him. I'm so blessed I have a healthy toddler.. He can have a Happy cake any time 
So now we call cake's Happy cake in my family. It shows love for us and appreciation for life every time we make a happy cake.

veggies

The Baby loves his veggies and potato's.. All I do is steam his veggies so they are soft .. Pampered chef microwave steamer works great and it takes only a couple of min's. It is great to steam food for your toddlers and babies. All you do is add water to your frozen or fresh veggies. :O)

SPARK BY ADVOCARE

Spark is a great Energy Drink Mix with Vitamin & acid supplement... I feel very ran down after work and sometimes it is hard to focus when I get home . Spark helped my mind focus and feel very refreshed after I drink the mix and it taste very good. They have different favors but I tried watermelon I can't wait to order some. Moms Do Get Stressed Too.... Sacroiliac joint

This couple of weeks Have been Crazy. I have been having horrible time sleeping, Back pain , shoulder pain Hip and leg pain. The doctor set up for me to get a MRI... They find some abnormal things going on in my neck, shoulder and back.Also my Sacroiliac joint is out of place from having my son... So that is giving me great leg and hip pain. below is a picture of were it is located. This happens in a lot of woman that have babies. When you Deliver you baby Sacroiliac joint expends then goes back into place after you have your baby. Mine did not go back into place. I know I was not crazy I have been to a couple different doctors and now they are figuring out what is going on. They also find out my body is not in lined from the trauma if delivering my baby. It was just too much for my body. It took more then two years .. But now I looking forward to getting my body healthy again. So Aug 1st 2013 was my first day of Physical therapy. Its going to be a long road of therapy but it will be worth it to feel normal again. What we are going to do first is treat my pain. After the pain is bearable  we can treat my different area's then I have to get stronger. So please if any mama's have been feeling like this get checked.. But you know what after all this I would do it again and again because Julian means the world to me...
