Thoracic outlet syndrome...oh the pain :I( update

These days I have been working improving my health. So I finally find out I have sign's of thoracic outlook syndrome. This is what it is Thoracic outlet syndrome is a group of disorders that occur when the blood vessels or nerves in the space between your collarbone and your first rib (thoracic outlet) become compressed. This can cause pain in your shoulders and neck and numbness in your fingers. So I'm still in physical therapy and take it day by day. Now I know I'm not crazy feeling this pain. The reason I want to share this again mama's if you are not feeling good and you know something is not right with you. Don't give up. If a doctor does not agree get second opinion. Each day is different it gets very hard with the pain and weakness but I just got to keep going .

I know I have not been blogging some much and I miss it. My blog is not were I want it to be because I been in so much pain but I really want to help more mom's out there or anyone. I always think to myself should I blog about what is going on with me or not. Be I decided I would because if I help one person that's all that matter's so hope to blog about mommy stuff still and things I go through to help anyone. I hope everyone is having a good.

  1. I have that same pain so I looked it up and I believe that is what I suffer from. I have a horrible burning sensation in my shoulder blade/back. I watched some stretches on you tube and it felt good when I was doing those exercises. I really hope the PT helps!
