Bye Bye 2013 Hello 2014

This Year was a great year Watching Julian grow up into a toddler and talking more and more everyday. Two nights ago I said I love you baby and he said I LOVE you too Mommy. I was so happy to hear him say that. This year I tired to balance my work , Health and spending time with Julian and Big Bubba and all the rest of my family. I did it but stressed out to much on trying to juggling everything. In 2014 I will learn how relax way more and just enjoy life with my family. Not going to let people with drama in there life affect my life. Hello 2014 :O)

This year I have meet some great people blogging (friends) I look forward to sharing so much more with you. I love that there are so many positive blogger friends around me. You all  inspire me... Thank you for your support now and in the future Hope everyone as a great New Years and please be safe... And Julian Says Bye firetruck lol

Merry Christmas , Christmas at the Ranch

I hope everyone is having a great time with family and friends . This year I had a wonderful time being with my love one's. I hope this year I will be able to make more time for the one's I love and with Big Bubba(aka my love) we are going to go on a New years Date.... Julian had a great time. Don't you feel like you need more time in the day .. :O)

Don't you my friends feel like you need more time in your day? I mean yesterday I went to work from 7-3:30pm, then I had physical therapy, then Michaels because I needed supplies for my Christmas wreaths I have been making. Which I will be posting when I'm all done. :O) Then I went to the store because we were running low on food. Which if you go to Wal-Mart(price match) you save so much money I got a 5 pound ham for Christmas for $4.45 and it was $10.45  .......... Sweet :O). Then I got home when made dinner and washed the dishes. By that time it was almost 9pm. I was like oh my god no wonder I'm always so tired... Wish I could work from home. lol. Julian and I would bake cookies all day . But I need to remember with being so busy to make sure I stick with Julian routine. Every night we read a book and thank God for another day. It is so cute every night he thanks God for Fire Trucks. lol 

So today is Julian first Dentist appointment we can't wait.. My baby is going up. I will update you on how it went.. Hope everyone is having a good week and remember don't forget it take care of your self's :O)

This got to be a crazy week. I know I have not been blogging a lot. Be everything will be back to normal this week. With all my doctor Appointments , working , taking care of the family. It's hard to find time to do the things you love. Like blogging. But I can honestly say with all the health issues I have been having with my body. I'm finally starting to feel better. I have not felt this good in months. But I still have my bad days. But more good then bad. Thank u God. I still attend physical therapy I still have a way to go. But back to you my blogging friend's I miss you so and promise to blog up a storm soon again. Lol. P.s I finally was able to clean out my spare bedroom. What u guys do this weekend ? I would love to know . Get anything out of the way you been meaning to do?. Hope everyone has a wonderful week.

This year I let julian decorate the tree with anything he wanted.

He had so much fun. It really made me smile. 

My baby is growing up.

Today was I thinking of the days when Julian was small. I miss it so much. I do love that is growing up into a little boy. But it is hard to watch. He does not want me to help him all the time. He tells me no no no no mama. I say why baby :O(. He is now potty training. He is still wearing Diapers but he will be in Pull ups soon. I know he needs to grow but when he is out of diapers what will I do my little baby will not be a baby. Of course in my eye's he is always my baby. I do love it that he can talk very well now and tell me what is wrong and what he wants but I miss the times when I would hold him and cuddle. Now he only cuddles when he wants or does not feel good. But now every night he says I love you mama  before bed . I LOVE hearing that . I'm happy he is growing I just think why does it have to go so fast.. Mama's like I always say cherish the times when they are little. It goes by fast. Before I know it he will be in school. But I do look forward to each new moment that comes along. UPDATE ON NECK PAIN. (MAMAS TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODIES)

I'm still in Physical Therapy but slowly getting better. But I know I would not get better over night. Last week I got a Cervical Steroid Injection shot to help my pain decrease. So its been helping me get though my days easier. I might need more then one shot. But for now I hope to start on the next part of my recovery is to strengthen my neck and shoulders. I still have a long road ahead of me. But I'm so ready to face the challenge. Here is a link to show you how they do a Cervical Steroid shot and how it helps you feel better.

TODDLER TIP Brushing Teeth

This is Julian brushing teeth. He LOVES brushing . We got him a cars tooth brush and he loves it also. Julian is going to is first visit to the dentist.

What's the best way to brush my child's teeth?

Use a small, soft, toothbrush and a tiny amount of toothpaste...Toothpaste for the child age.

Until your child turns 2, use a dot of toothpaste the size of a grain of rice (or a thin smear). After the second birthday, you can use a pea-size amount. For kids age 5 and older, use an amount the size of a small bean. To avoid giving your child too much fluoride, be sure to follow these recommendations.

Twice a day (in the morning and at night after eating dinner), gently brush the teeth on both the inside and outside surfaces, as well as the tongue, to dislodge bacteria that can cause bad breath. Once you think your child can master it, teach her to rinse with water.

Replace the toothbrush as soon as the bristles start to look worn or splayed.

Your child's dentist may also recommend flossing between any tooth surfaces that are touching. The best time to do this is right after brushing so that the floss will draw fluoride from the toothpaste down between the teeth. (There's no evidence that flossing baby teeth makes a difference, but many dentists still recommend flossing just to be on the safe side.)

Just make it fun when its time and brush your teeth together.. Happy brushing

This was a good day, I feeling like my bloating is going down even more.

OCTOBER 21,2013 DAY 1 MONDAY

Let me tell I have been wanting to blog about my journey with Advovare cleanse since I started. Life just gets so crazy. So I'm sorry for the LATE post on it. But better late then never. lol. Day 1 I started at 146 pounds.The first day I felt a little sick. But it was because I needed more protein and to eat more. More snacking between meals. Once I got the hang of that I was good. (Please drink lots of water)

OCTOBER 22,2013 DAY 2 TUESDAY
Day 2 I could feel my energy level go up. In the morning a ate oatmeal , lunch was chicken breast with side salad and lite dressing. Tip( I GOT A BIG AMOUNT OF MIXED SALAD AT COSTCO FOR ONLY $3.99.)It was a great value. I snacked on raw veggies with peanut better. It got to be all natural.

OCTOBER 23,2013 DAY 3 WEDNESDAY 
This was a hard day.. I felt like I needed to eat and drink more. You have to stay away from sugar drinks like Soda or anything with Sugar in it. I just snacked on more fruit and drink more water and green tea.
By day 3 I was 144 pounds... Make sure you eat every meal and snack between meals .......

I know this is sweet and short . I just wanted to make sure I get this out for everyone to see. I will be posting more tomorrow with pictures. :O)

MAMA'S TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY ...

This is me almost three months ago.....
This couple of weeks Have been Crazy. I have been having horrible time sleeping, Back pain , shoulder pain Hip and leg pain. The doctor set up for me to get a MRI... They find some abnormal things going on in my neck, shoulder and back.Also my Sacroiliac joint is out of place from having my son... So that is giving me great leg and hip pain. below is a picture of were it is located. This happens in a lot of woman that have babies. When you Deliver you baby Sacroiliac joint expends then goes back into place after you have your baby. Mine did not go back into place. I know I was not crazy I have been to a couple different doctors and now they are figuring out what is going on. They also find out my body is not in lined from the trauma if delivering my baby. It was just too much for my body. It took more then two years .. But now I looking forward to getting my body healthy again. So Aug 1st 2013 was my first day of Physical therapy. Its going to be a long road of therapy but it will be worth it to feel normal again. What we are going to do first is treat my pain. After the pain is bearable  we can treat my different area's then I have to get stronger. So please if any mama's have been feeling like this get checked.. But you know what after all this I would do it again and again because Julian means the world to me...
THIS IS ME NOW....
It is now Oct 25, 2013 and I'm still in Physical Therapy My Sacroiliac joint is doing great . I had to change my physical therapy office. But that is a good thing my new therapist is so great. But my abnormal neck is getting worse and my shoulder . I have been in great pain again. So now I'm going to see a spine specialist . For a couple of weeks I have been on the wrong medications. But now I have seen the right Doctor and back on track. The reason I bring this story up is because it is so important to take care of you body after you have a baby. Because your body could head south like mine did. You do not want that at all. So I say it again mama's if you don't feel right GO GET CHECKED PLEASE. But no worries I hope to feel better soon. The new medications are making me feel so much better. 

ALSO I HAVE BEEN DOING THE ADVOCARE 10 DAY CLEANSE AND IT BEEN GOING GREAT.

I'm on day 5 ( I will be posting my journey with me cleanse soon) With me taking all this different medications and is very important to cleanse because taking meds is not good for the body. But for now I have to so we can get the pain under control . Also I have been clean eating you need to do that with the cleanse and I feel so much better. I wake up easier and still tired but not like I use to be. My energy level is going up. Thank you to Jenn@blisstobean again. You find me at the right time. Thank you for your support.
