Happy Labor Day

With my son in Kindergarten we really have to stuck to a routine and it's been a little hard. But we are doing it. I should of started school later on for me. But we will get the hang of it. Julian got homework are being in kinder its sure a lot. But we all love doing our homework together. lol

Little tips that help me everyday feel a little better about my day.

Tip 1 I iron my son's clothes at night or pick them out for him. If I don't iron I do it the morning of school.

Tip 2 We wake up the same time every week day and eat before school. I know that sounds silly but sometimes people don't eat. My son eats two bowls of cereal and I eat a breakfast bar or something like that. I can't eat right away when I wake up my tummy is sensitive. But I Noticed for myself a little something to eat starts my day off better.

Tip 3 I drink cold water right away this helps wake me up and I try to drink it all day.

Tip 4 I just started this in the summer but make sure I have a dishes washed the night before. This helps because the next morning I can just start my day and don't feel overwhelmed

Tip 5 I try not to sweat the small things .The first thing to do when my son gets home is his homework. Homework is important and number one. It needs to be done. If I can get to that load of clothes it is ok. On less we need underwear lol

Just a couple of tips for you. I'm not perfect and I'm working on them everyday,,, All you can do it do your best.. I know blogging is something I love and I'm still learning how to manage my time... But I know I will get better. Hope everyone as a amazing week ..........

Five Summer Tips To Save Money........

Hello my friends we are having a great time this summer and hope you are too. I just wanted to share some money saving tips for the summer. We just booked our Vacation in Scottsdale AZ and are so happy. But we have been watching our money very careful so we can save for our trip. So I would like to share some money saving tips.

Mama's Hip Tip #1 Make crock pot dinners during the week and put away the leftovers. Julian loves Mac and Cheese so I found a quick and easy recipe online and we ate it for dinner that night and the next day he had it for lunch. It saved us from going out to eat.

Mama's Hip Tip #2 Here are really cute arts and crafts for kids I bought at the Dollar spot at Target. There are some for 3 dollars and less. I got a garden stepping you can paint and we put it in our little
garden after Julian panted it. It's nice for the kids to do arts and crafts because we have some much time in the summer. Julian always wants to watch t.v and i don't want that.

Mama's Hip Tip #3 If a family member gives you projects you can do with you kids that is great and you don't spend a thing. My mother -in- law give us some herbs and small planting kits. This is great because she knows Julian loves to plant.  It's free!!!

Mama's Hip Tips #4 Check local blogs because a lot will post what you can do weekly for the summer. They post free activities to do with the family that are happening around town.

Mama's Hip Tip # 5 Go on Groupon ...I went on there and found family activities for less then usual. Things that we could never do because it cost to much , But when we buy on Groupon it is so much less.  Like going to the New Jump Time. Its where you can jump on 5,000 square foot trampoline. Got it for $9. What a deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope this helps my friends and don't forget to put on the Sun Screen..........

MAC AND CHEESE

STEPPING STONE BEFORE JULIAN PAINTED IT

PAINTED AND WE PUT IN OUR SMALL GARDEN. LOL VERY SMALL

PLANTING FLOWERS AND PLANTING KITS WE GOT FOR NANA LOL

Have a great Forth and please leave me a comment I LOVE to read and reply... God Bless America !!

Products I loved When Julian Was A Baby !!

Julian loved Gerber Puffs if we ran out he would  cry.  He was  addicted to him. I loved them so much . Now Julian is
on to Gold fish(but Walmart got Penguins and they are cheaper and Julian loves them)Walgreens got their brand also that is good. By the way I'm going to do my first Walgreens haul so look for that very soon. I can not wait to try some new products.
I used every Diaper rash cream I can think of and this one works the best. Other creams
dried Julian skin and the rash did not go away.  With Aquaphor his rash was
gone less then an hour. I still use it when Julian got a runny nose and it gets
dry around his nose. Also on his checks when they get flushed. love it!

I was so scared of putting teething gel on Julian that was not natural Because other gels that are not
natural and have benzocaine to help soothe sore gums but is not safe for children under 2. I loved Hyland's. Their whole brand is great.
Sophie  Giraffe all Natural teething toy. Rubber is natural and safe  for babies. Julian loved it and it really helped
soothe is gums............ best ever

Fisher Price Sleeper and rocker. I used it when Julian was small  and  its turns
into a rocking chair when he became a toddler. We still uses when he watches T.V.  and rocks back and forth lol
Boppy Nursing Pillow. This pillow made it so much easier when nursing  made Julian and I way more comfy. He will uses it for a pillow lol. HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A GREAT DAY TELL ME YOUR FAV BABY PRODUCTS :o)

Disorganization, Mama's Hip Tips To get control of your paperwork at Home

This couple of months I have been so disorganized. Sometimes with working full time, going to PT and trying to keep the house clean it gets crazy. I need more time in the day. I now have homework also from school and I need to sleep and most important take care of my family. I came to realize not to stress everything will work out. One step at a time. In 2013 I stressed way to much and its just not worth it. It is worth to enjoy your life with your family. But there are some tips you can do to get a bit more organized one step at a time. No over stressing.

1. Borrow a Paper Shredder from family or friend. Our they do have one's on Amazon that are not to much. You need to shred old bills, old paperwork just anything with your personal info on it. We do not want anyone looking at all that when you throw it in the trash.

2. Buy a filling Cabinet with folders to label important paper and folders for month by months to keep track of your bills.

3. Take a half hour a day to get all your paperwork or just do it when you get free time on the weekend. Don't stress to much. It will all get taken care of.

4. Get that Junk mail out of the way. Junk mail makes everything worse. I would shed the Junk mail with your info on it.

5. Recycle all your newspapers this will give you more space on your table. ( lol ) I buy two papers a week because I try to stock up on coupons.

6. Try to clean your Junk drawer at least once a month.

7. Get a mail basket to put all your current mail in. I got a really cute on at Goodwill.

8. Make file sure you make a file just for your paper work you need for your taxes. It so much easier when Tax time comes. (I'm really working on this one )

9. Try not clutter you counter or table. ( I need to work on this one too I always leave papers on my counter.)

10. Don't stress just do as much as you can. :O)

SO WHAT TO YOU DO TO KEEP MORE ORGANIZED? I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW ! :o)

HIP TIP FOR SAVING SOME MONEY WHEN YOU GO TO THE GROCERY STORE

I'm on this big kick about saving more money. So I started to try to coupon again. I have clipped all the coupons I need for today's trip. But first I want to give some tips for shopping a the grocery store.

1. If your store price matches .. Price match .. When you do it get ad's from all your local stores and match the lowest price in there ad's. I go to Walmart grocery store so they price match for sure. If you don't want to read all the ad's and compare price's there are local bloggers that do it all for you. My fav in my area is
bargainbeliever I love this site. They do all the price matching for you.

2. Use coupons (any amount helps even if it is $2 lol )

3. Don't go to the store hungry. You will just buy whatever you do not need.

4. Make a list before you go of what you need.

5. Be over friendly to the cashiers because they might cut you some breaks on your price matching. hehe :O)

Here is my receipt I saved $5.45 I know its not much but it's a start lol.

I even find these nice flowers for $ 3.99 great deal

so happy saving . I can't wait to share more ways to save with you all.

Julian the Race Car Driver / Shopping Tips

This past Holiday weekend the family and I went to Scottsdale, Arizona at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey. I will be posting those Photo's soon of our whole trip. Scottsdale is only about two hours away so we did not go too far.

But I have some great tips for a staycation

1. If you can book your trip in Advanced ( I booked my trip early and I got a better rate on my room.) Sometimes they have you pay in full but if you can its worth it ..because by the time the trip comes along you payed for it and don't have to worry.

2. Go to Walmart and get all your drinks and snacks. You save so much money. You can put all your drinks in the refrigerator, buy throw away cups, also get anything else you need.

3. Bring your laptop so you can look up local places to eat. It saves you money if you do not want to eat at the hotel.

4. If you can buy a GPS or borrow one. It helps you so much. We had no you trouble getting around because it directed us to right where we needed to be.

5. If you see outlet stores  off the freeway. You can go there and save so much money on clothes. We went to Gap and it was 50% everything . Outlet stores are always a lot less then retail stores.

6. Just have fun and enjoy your family...

Pediatricians recommend Aquaphor Its Skin Therapy works great. Julian use to get really bad diaper rashes when he was about 3 months old. So a fellow mom recommend this to me. I had tried so many different creams and the rash never would all the way clear up. I was so worried so when I took Julian to see his Pediatrician. He also told me about it. So I got it and his bad rash cleared up in less then an hour. I still use it now and he is two years old. Also it works if they have any kind of rashes on there body. I use it too. I love it..

Swim Lessons

I put Julian in Swim Lesson when he was 10 months old. Now he is Two and still in them. It is very Important to me to have your Child in Swim lessons so they are not scared of water and learn all the safety skills they need to be safe around the water. . But never leave them alone by the water. It a scary thing but it takes seconds for a drowning to happen. Living in Arizona I see it way to much here. But I do suggest you put your baby in before 10 months. You can start early as 6-12 months. of course you are in there with them So please have a great and safe summer
