OCTOBER 21,2013 DAY 1 MONDAY
Let me tell I have been wanting to blog about my journey with Advovare cleanse since I started. Life just gets so crazy. So I'm sorry for the LATE post on it. But better late then never. lol. Day 1 I started at 146 pounds.The first day I felt a little sick. But it was because I needed more protein and to eat more. More snacking between meals. Once I got the hang of that I was good. (Please drink lots of water)
OCTOBER 22,2013 DAY 2 TUESDAY
Day 2 I could feel my energy level go up. In the morning a ate oatmeal , lunch was chicken breast with side salad and lite dressing. Tip( I GOT A BIG AMOUNT OF MIXED SALAD AT COSTCO FOR ONLY $3.99.)It was a great value. I snacked on raw veggies with peanut better. It got to be all natural.
OCTOBER 23,2013 DAY 3 WEDNESDAY
This was a hard day.. I felt like I needed to eat and drink more. You have to stay away from sugar drinks like Soda or anything with Sugar in it. I just snacked on more fruit and drink more water and green tea.
By day 3 I was 144 pounds... Make sure you eat every meal and snack between meals .......
I know this is sweet and short . I just wanted to make sure I get this out for everyone to see. I will be posting more tomorrow with pictures. :O)
